Vintage Voice Effect (Russell, 2018)
Ever wanted to create an cool military intercom voice for a character in your ADR or games? The tutorial above goes through step by step on how it achieve this perfectly.
For our Project 1 we decided early on that we will need to create the intercom voice for female character who is back in the spaceship. To do this I decided to use the following method to create the voice.
First we used an equalizer to remove the frequencies that a cheap CB radio speaker will not be able to produce. To achieve this we put a low cut above 150hz and a high cut on frequencies above 8000khz. After achieving this we can then begin to dirty up the signal by adding noise.
