What happened during the week?
Monday
Tech Rehearsal during the night to test the routing of a headphone mix via a bus

Tech Rehearsal during the night we suddenly lost sound going to the fold backs due to
Wednesday
text Last tech rehearsal the whole show was coming together and all cast members were comfortable with the sound. We eventually tested and checked that all the microphones were performing well so that there was no more scratchy noises on
Thursday
text During today at the Zoo night club we learnt about the sound craft experience and the biggest take away learning for me today was that the TTS channel ( Talk To Stage ) channel can be used to talk to the stage performers via the mix bus. We could set up a microphone for the band box so that they can talk back to me if they want anything changed. I can send an input from the mixer so that I can talk back down to them. I can listen to their mix by soloing their send channel and then talking to them via the microphone.
Friday
Show night for Phoenix Ensemble was a total success and we completely delivered the performance as required I created a check list for the necessary performance for the day that way when going through the night we go through sound check to make sure that all channels are working before any of the actors go on stage.
Usually after warm-up we make sure that the band is setup and ready for all the channels before we all go on stage.
